Florida Neurology Group partners with Lee Health by using MyChart to schedule appointments for previously established patients. The MyChart platform allows our team to seamlessly share your medical records with Lee Health and your primary care provider for comprehensive care.

However, if this is your first time scheduling an appointment with Florida Neurology Group, you will need to call our office at (239) 936-3554 to request your appointment. Please press 1 for scheduling, and then press 1 for new patient appointments. Once you are no longer a first-time patient, you will be able to schedule all future visits online through MyChart.

How It Works

Step 1

Click on the button above to schedule your appointment. You will be taken to the MyChart login page.

Step 2

Log into your MyChart account. For questions about your username or password, click on the links below the sign-in button and follow the directions provided.

Step 3

Click on Appointments and Visits from the menu.

Step 4

Click on the green button that reads “Schedule an Appointment.”

Step 5

Select your Florida Neurology Group provider from the list of specific providers. If you do not see your doctor, please call our office at (239) 936-3554.

Step 6

Click on the tile that says “Follow up visit.”

Step 7

Choose your preferred dates and time, along with the reason for your visit.

Step 8

Click on the “Send Request” button. Our office will receive your request and follow up with you as soon as possible.
