They can trace path exactly because during WWII Japan lofted hot air balloons with incendiary devices to make forest fires in Pacific NW (to divert US manpower). Effort failed (dud bombs + rainy year) but all of the balloons were found. They only took days to arrive.

jet stream maps etc. see top tabs for ‘Fukushima’. Rense has the Geiger counter stories. Many. many taking their Geiger counters out and measuring (especially downspouts where rain runs off) on west coast and posting to You Tube.
Hundreds of vids there.
Even if Geiger counter is hard to calibrate …. something is making them all go off on the west coast!
