Draw a shape to highlight and search for a department or area of interest. Upload and add custom symbols to map anything from PC’s to Emergency Exits.

Seating Plans
Quickly draft up an office seating plan using the Floor Plan Mapper software. Simply drag and drop employee locations on your existing floor plans.
Fully integrated
Populate employee profile data live from Office 365, Windows Active Directory, or sync data from an Excel spreadsheet (SCIM/API). Eliminates the need to manually enter employee details.
Hot Desking/Desk Booking
Apply a filter to visually display available desks. Book a desk on the floor plan for an hour, day, week or an a re-occurring interval. Automated reminders are set to email booking details.
Rapid Implementation
Upload floor plans in any format (PDF, CAD, JPG, etc.) and starting adding people, desks, printers, meeting rooms via the Floor Plan Mapper Admin portal.
