First cab cats off the rank: Jake and Landon from Barb Natividad! Jake and Landon are littermates. They were adopted from a shelter in Chicago when they were six months old, and they just turned 4 last month. Landon is the mellower of the two while Jake is more playful. Landon loves to make biscuits and Jake serves as my alarm clock in the morning.

And for a new segment: Cats throughout history!

I’d also like to introduce you to Lexi, another cat in my care. I adopted Lexi as an adult. At 8 years old, she’s a ‘proper lady’. She’s an incredibly friendly cat, and sports quite a unique coat that is half tabby / half ginger. She’s also my first ever ‘shoulder cat’.
