Jyoti is a compliance expert with a wealth of experience and a broad network in Indian policy-making circles. Her background is in leading compliance at leading companies in the banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) space, including Credit Suisse, Nomura and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

She has sat on several management committees and boards, where she played a strategic role in policy, regulatory and governance-related matters. She is also on the panel for reviewing course content for Compliance Officers’ certifications run by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
