What is the return policy?

Every order is custom made as soon as your order is placed making the item uniquely yours. However, our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

What is sizing like?

No need to size up - the size is the size, if you know what we mean! But to help further, please find below chest measurements for each size:

Totally your call! We give you the option to add the FlightSimTees.com logo (at no additional cost) on the left sleeve on the product page. Select Yes if you want it or No if you dont!

Why are there price differences?

We try to keep things simple and not have different prices for the same item, regardless of the size.

If you are seeing any price difference, it could is down to 3 reasons:

1 - Your item is customised, meaning that the extra time involved to make it uniquely your own has to unfortunately be reflected in the price. Not by much, but there is a small difference.

2 - Colours. Due to our current size, its impossible to house all variations of sizes available, for all items, in all available colours. Black we always have in stock, its the best seller by far, but we do want to offer alternatives, if you enjoy some colour in your apparel! And to get it to you as quick as possible, we overnight everything to avoid any delays. The small additional cost to you reflects the need to source and ship the item to add to stock.

With that said, we are constantly monitoring orders, and should a colour become a hit, then we will also bring that into our stock and offer identical pricing to Black. An example of this is White, that's also becoming popular, and is now in stock and the same price as Black. Hope that makes sense!

3 - Item type. Some base items are just more expensive to us than others. A good example are Zoodies which are more expensive than College Hoodies, to us, and then to you. But we only pass on the absolutely must amount to keep items as affordable for any budget.

Finally, while we will never sacrifice the premium nature of the products we offer, please rest assured we are always on the search for meeting and exceeding our standards in a more reasonably costed product. When that happens, prices will immediately reflect that!

What's your favourite sim?

The easy answer is I love them all, but I know you wont buy that :-) Honestly, its gotta be Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024! I know its had a tough time and bad rep, but Sim Update 2 went someways towards getting it where we all want it to be, and hopefully the rest of 2025 will be focused on stability and performance improvements. I believe its the sim worth jumping into for the long term.

Can you do customised or large orders?

Short answer, yes! Contact us to discuss further and we'll do our best to accomodate your ask!

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Max time from order to postage is 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times naturally will vary depending on your location.

I'm in the USA. Are tariffs included?

Short answer is no.

Longer answer is we take a very straight-forward view on tariffs. The price to a customer in the US from our perspective, is the same as to a customer in any other part of the world. We ask for the same amount for the same product.

For US customers, our shipping partner may reach out to you, using the email address you provided at time of order, seeking payment for any tariff applicable on behalf of the US government. Should this occur, the email will be from noreply@mail.customspayments.anpost.com. Should 5 days of this not being paid have passed, the item will be returned to sender. To avoid this occuring, please do ensure the email address you provide is an active one, and that you monitor your inbox and junk/spam folders. This is totally outside our control, and more information can be found on this at https://www.anpost.com/usa

Should an item be returned to us following a non-payment of tariffs, we will reach out to you to advise, and can of course re-ship (at customers expense).

Related to that, as of April 2026, we have taken the decision to suspend tracked or registered shipping to the USA. The reason for this is we have had reports that despite tracked shipping being promised to be 3-4 business days, some shipments can get tied up in delays when being received by USPS. However, when we ship with standard post, which is the cheaper and longer duration option (on paper!), they seemingly get received and delivered much faster to customers. While this is all outside our control, we absolutely want to give the best and most straight-forward experience to customers possible, so until this gets straightened out, have decided to not offer tracked shipping to customers in the USA for now.

Can I get tracking information for my order?

As we get ourselves off the ground (pun intended), our desire is to keep shipping which is already expensive enough as cheap as possible for you. As such, for the foreseeable, we only offer Standard postage, as its the most reasonably priced. Tracked postage is higher, but if thats what you want, be sure to contact us prior to placing your order and we can accommodate. We'll certainly relook at offering faster/tracked shipping as a further option to customers if thats the feedback we get!

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured by me directly to ensure high quality and fair value. Nothing is outsourced. China or AI are not involved here. Just one simmer to another.

What's your favourite aircraft to fly?

You know better than to ask that! Thats like asking which is your favourite child :-) But if I had to answer, GA has to be the Comanche from A2A which has incredible system depth and flight dynamics. And airliners, while I love the Fenix, for me, its the A380 from FlyByWire. Its just majestic!
