If you could hang out with any fictional character for a whole day, who would you choose, and why?
Right now it would be Beloved from Robin Hobb's Tawny Man, right after he returns to Buckkeep and finds FitzChivalry missing, if only to knock him on the head and tell him to wait longer.....

Is there any book you can read over and over again without ever getting sick of it? Do you discover something new every time you read it?

Right now I can't seem to STOP reading it (or them to be exact).  Robin Hobb's Farseer's trilogy and her Tawny Man trilogy.  She has written one of the most interesting characters I have ever read about and I literally can't get him (or as some people believe, her) out of my head.

I have tried going on to other books but keep going back to the tales of FitzChivary and the Fool. I just hope Robin changes her mind, or finds another story about the Fool.

Their images are in my avatar.....

Have you ever stumbled across a celebrity in your daily life? Was it more or less exciting than you would have expected? Do you have any interest in meeting media stars?

I was eating dinner with my husband on Valentines Day 2009 at the Grand Floridian Resort at Disney World (can't remember the name of the restauraunt). It was in full view of Magic Kingdom, and my husband had asked for a table near the window so we could see the fireworks.  The table next to us was empty for about an hour, and I was sitting with my back to the table.

One person started to be seated at the table, and my husband asked me "is that Tom Cruise" and pointed to the man behind me.

I turned around and looked, and sure enough, Tom Cruise was standing there and looked at me as I looked at him.  I turned back to my husband and said yes.  Over the next few minutes the rest of his family arrived and I spent the rest of my dinner bonking chairs with his son and Suri, while Suri took indoor flash photos of the fireworks. I think she was about 2 years old at the time.
