Hello people. i am brand new to this community, and unfortunately i am also new to flash, well not brand "new", but based on my collective knowledge of flash i would say i am super shinny straight out of the box "new"

I just got my hands on FLASH MX and i would like to know where i can find tutorials that would help me learn from scratch. I am the type of person that learns visually so if any of you out there knows any tutorials that use VIDEO, please let me know.

I am desperate to learn this softwear. Also i live in manhattan NYC so if there's any type of workshops for flash beginners out there let me know, or if there are any of you who are willing to volunteer your time to help little old me, come forth and teach me.

Or any good books that you'll can recommend to me.
