Symbol Find and Replace?

I've got two symbols in my Library, which I'll call A and B for convenience. Both are being used quite a bit (~1000 instances per symbol) and I want a quick and easy way to replace all instances of A with B, such that B is the only symbol in the Library. Any suggestions?
