Tablet and stylus purchase...NEED ADVICE!!!!
I want to buy a pressure sensitive tablet and stylus (pen) for my computer. It's used in programs like Photoshop and Painter, senses the amount of pressure you use in order to create realistic thick and thin "brush strokes". It's really cool and fun to use. Much more natural and expressive from an artist's point of view.
Does anyone know much about these devices? I'm getting a 6x8 pad. The only part I'm debating about is the pressure levels. It's either 512 levels of pressure or 1024. It sounds like a big difference, but I don't know if it really feels that way once you use it. There's a $100 difference between the two as well.
So, 512 vs 1024. Any advice?
