New kid...

Hello all. I'm new. I've been using flash for a while, but never done anything remotely advanced with it. I'm trying to figure out how to do a gallery effect like this. What I'm interested in is the way the image drops and the new image is behind it. I'm happy to dig through tutorials and figure it out, but I don't even know what to look for. I'm guessing Flash is calling on images from an external directory? I don't know. Can anybody help?
