I occasionally used FlashCrypt for over a year. At first I experienced no problems. Then after I had encrypted several folders, using the ONLY password I ever used, I discovered that I could not open some of those encrypted folders any longer.
I received various error messages when trying to do so. Fortunately, I had most of my encrypted data on another computer in an unencrypted folder.
I have removed FlashCrypt from all my computers and will not trust it again.
