Everyone is born in September
I am home with a cold or something (crossing my fingers it's not the flu, though I feel like I'd probably be prone and groaning pitifully if it was, so...looking good so far!). Obviously that means it's time to finally catch up on some LJ!
First things first - thank you so much for all the birthday wishes and notes. #^_^# You all make a lady feel special. And while we're on the subject of my birthday and how lucky I am to have all of you as friends, please direct your attention over here so I can rec you some amazing things:

But seriously there are so many September birthdays both here and irl that if I missed saying hey to you or sending you a squeeze, I'm terribly sorry! I will get better at it, promise! This year was not great for my organization but next year I should be much more organized and hopefully no longer in flux. XD

- A fucking incredible podfic by teprometo of Night Sky Changing Overhead. I'm pretty damn fond of this fic, and when I say Te takes it and makes it better, fleshes it out and gives it solidity in her performance where I stumbled in writing, I'm still not doing it enough justice. Even if you've not read the fic, you really don't have to. I'd recommend this before I'd recommend the story.
- Home Is Wherever I'm With You by lady_ragnell is ~1600 words of solid gold tiny-ship of my heart. Bronwyn/George curtain-fic? YES PLEASE. (For those of you who might not remember, Bronwyn was the adorable maid from S1E1 of Merlin who
Eve MylesLady Helen sang to death.) Nell was the one to introduce me to the good ship Bronwyn/George and I requested happily ever after fic for them during pornathon, and Nell wrote this adorable fic for my birthday because she's wonderful and indulges me in my sappy cravings. ^_^ - The lovely samyazaz wrote Brighten Up The Darkest Place when I prompted her for Gwen and Merlin and Arthur and PUPPIEEESSS because apparently fluff is a thing I'm mainlining like a champ, now? ANYWAY IT'S THE MOST ADORABLE THING. If you like Gwen and Merlin and Arthur and most of all puppies, you need to go read this right now. It is precious and lovely and fun.
