Vertical is one of the leading climbing centres in Vilnius, bringing together a growing community of enthusiasts - from beginners to experienced climbers.

Alongside their indoor space, they organise competitions, community events and trips to the mountains, creating an environment that goes beyond just climbing.

Vertical came to us looking to improve both visitor experience & their internal processes. Their previous setup lacked flexibility - booking ability was limited and training schedules were difficult to manage. We saw this as an opportunity to create more dynamic and intuitive platform, designed for both sides - climbers and the team behind Vertical.

We introduced a booking system that allows users to easily register for trainings & events, while giving the team the ability to manage schedules in a flexible way. At the same time, we integrated an e-commerce solution, enabling product purchases and expanding their digital offering. Everything was built with responsiveness in mind, ensuring seamless experience across both desktop and mobile.

From refining visual identity to better reflect their community & environment, to developing a fully customised platform tailored to their needs - our result is a website that feels both authentic and functional. We implemented custom solutions that simplify everyday processes for Vertical team, while making the experience more enjoyable for visitors.
