I didn't really begin watching this comedy show about a bunch of community college students until half-way through the season but it was exactly what the doctor ordered; a splendid comedy with a brilliant, varied cast where there wasn't too much emotional/relationship bullshit to drag the comedy down (yes, HIMYM, I am glaring at you, geez). It was just fun happy times, self-aware and clever, and though it took me like 5 episodes to really like it, and then 9 to make me fall endlessly in love, the second half of the season was so friggin' stellar by the time we got to May and I met up with
anno_superstar in London, we were both just astounded at how fun and amazing the show turned out to be - definitely among the best, if not just plain the best new comedy out there on American TV.Here's hoping it stays as fabulous next season.
