Marleen is heel aardig en meedenkend en geen ene training is hetzelfde, wat het ook heel interessant maakt. Ik word genoeg gepushed dat ik mijn best doe (en spierpijn heb) maar niet zo hard dat ik niet kan functioneren daarna. En het beste is dat ik echt merk dat ik sterker ben geworden en mij lekkerder in mijn vel voel.
