Ik heb geleerd dat ik sporten holistisch mag bekijken naast de overgang, een drukke baan en de juiste verdeling van al die verschillende fysieke en mentale uitdagingen.\n\nMarieke heeft me heel hard laten lachen, me afgebeuld \ud83d\ude43 en een enorme stap laten maken in bewustzijn en het juiste programma van training met gewichten. Door met me te praten en naar mijn klachten te kijken en te luisteren. Dit gecombineerd met kijken naar je voeding, je stresslevel en je dagelijkse ritme.\n\nIk was al best heel sportief dus ik durf het vanaf nu weer zelf vorm te geven. Mijn trainer Aouda weet mij precies op de juiste manier te motiveren. De trainingen zijn per les goed opgebouwd en ze laat me steeds harder werken, ze weet precies wat ik wel al aan kan of nog niet. Ik ben nu ongeveer een jaar aan het trainen met Kim en evraar dit als heel erg prettig! Ze is enthousiast en motiveert mij ook om door te blijven pakken, ook toen ik vorige zomer mijn voet heb gebroken hebben we toch nog kunnen trainen met aanpassingen.\nHet trainen is gezellig en ik kijk er wekelijks naar uit, en wat uitdaging betreft weet ze goed af te stemmen mijn behoeftes tijdens het trainen. Marleen is heel aardig en meedenkend en geen ene training is hetzelfde, wat het ook heel interessant maakt. Ik word genoeg gepushed dat ik mijn best doe (en spierpijn heb) maar niet zo hard dat ik niet kan functioneren daarna. En het beste is dat ik echt merk dat ik sterker ben geworden en mij lekkerder in mijn vel voel.
