Regular breaks from desk-work are essential for maintaining peak work performance as well as helping maintain physical and mental well-being.
Two slider controls allow exercise speed and duration to be set.
A simple button allows the user to record an exercise activity.
NEW in version 2.33.00:
+ Option to display distance in miles and speed in mph.
+ Widgets can be added to Android Home Screen for preset speed-distance-time activity.
