In the project overview, there is a list of tasks available for approval. After completing the task, the assigned user changes its status to &#8220;Done&#8221;. The list of completed tasks is displayed to the author in the project overview in the &#8220;For approval&#8221; widget. They depend on the actions Accept and Reject. Users can\u2019t use them directly. If a user changes the status of a closed or rejected task, they can do so, but they will not be able to revert it back to closed\/rejected.
