List of templates<\/h2>\r\nFrom the list of templates you, activate a button named <strong><em>New clause template<\/em><\/strong>. Here, you gain access to the list of previously added templates. The list is divided into:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li><strong>Clause templates<\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Archived clause templates<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nDetails such as clause name, type, agreement expiration and time are displayed on the list.\r\n\r\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-10778 img-fluid\" src=\"https:\/\/firmbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Clause_template-800x438.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"438\" title=\"\">\r\n<h2>2. Adding a clause template<\/h2>\r\nIf you want to add or create a new template fill in <strong>The name of the clause\u00a0<\/strong>and choose to:\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li><strong>Consent<\/strong> to the processing of personal details,<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Consent<\/strong> as a part of the current recruitment &#8211; available for the candidate module only. It is valid throughout each recruitment process,<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Consent<\/strong> on the future recruitment &#8211; available for the candidate module only,<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Email subject<\/strong> &#8211; you can send the clause directly to the candidate or a person from their email contact book. This is why it&#8217;s required to fill in the title of the email,<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Share the content of the clause,<\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Validate the period of the clause<\/strong> &#8211; you have to determine the time of the clause&#8217;s validity. There is no time specified for the <strong><em>consent of the current recruitment<\/em><\/strong> &#8211; it depends on its timeframes.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<h2>3. Editing the template of the clause<\/h2>\r\nTo modify the consent of the clause, changes will apply to future occurrences of the clause. Already added clauses will not change unless the clause is deactivated and reactivated.\r\n<h2>4. Deleting the template of the clause<\/h2>\r\nOnly an unused template can be deleted. Otherwise, an <strong><em>Archive<\/em><\/strong> button is available.\r\n<h2>5. Archiving the template of the clause<\/h2>\r\nYou can archive a template straight from the list or by going to the <strong><em>details<\/em><\/strong>. To do it, select the <strong><em>Archive<\/em><\/strong> button.\r\n\r\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-10789 img-fluid\" src=\"https:\/\/firmbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Clause_preview-800x439.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"439\" title=\"\">\r\n\r\n<p>After choosing this option, you will be asked to confirm to archive the template. There will be a notification that clauses that are using the <strong>archived template<\/strong> will be deactivated. After archiving, a template picked from the list is relocated to the <strong><em>A<strong>rchived<\/strong> clause templates<\/em><\/strong>. You can see a label <strong>C<\/strong><strong>lause template is archived<\/strong> in the details list. You can&#8217;t delete or edit this template. Those options will be unlocked after restoring the template (the <strong><em>restore<\/em><\/strong> button).<\/p>\r\n\r\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-10790 img-fluid\" src=\"https:\/\/firmbee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Archived_templates-800x434.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"434\" title=\"\">\r\n\r\nClause names that are using the <strong>archived templates<\/strong> will be displayed as <strong><em>Archived<\/em><\/strong>.
