The Cobb County Chamber of Commerce held their annual Public Safety Awards program and Squad 7 was recognized for a rescuing a man who fell into a 50 foot well last year. The crew set up a technical rope system to lower a crewmember to the victim who then provided care as he packaged the victim. Squad 7 then lifted the patient to safety.
