I will not buy from people who do the following:

1. Only accept payment as gifts.
Great for you, not so much me - if the item doesn't arrive :/ You can't dispute gifts, and you're not supposed to buy stuff as "gifts" anyways.

2. Charging Paypal fees to the buyer.
4.5 No Surcharges. You agree that you will not impose a surcharge or any other fee for accepting PayPal as a payment method. You may charge a handling fee in connection with the sale of goods or services, as long as the handling fee does not operate as a surcharge and is not higher than the handling fee you charge for non-PayPal transactions. Straight from the user agreement.


If you follow either of these practices, don't waste my time.
