I'm a research associate at the Alan Turing Institute, investigating multimodal machine learning for clinical data as part of the Turing-Roche strategic partnership.

In 2024 I completed a doctorate in medical image computing at the UCL Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health (Developmental Imaging and Biophysics section), University College London, working on intraoperative diffusion MRI. As part of this project I developed an image processing tool for automatically segmenting brain fibre tracts from diffusion MRI images, available as an external MRtrix3 module.
