What is the exchange rate and service fee?
The fees you see during the purchase process already include all costs, including third-party services such as card payment processing. This way, you know the price upfront and there are no hidden charges. However, please note that the exchange rate may change during the purchase process depending on your chosen payment method, the country where your card was issued, and the volatility of the cryptocurrency-to-fiat pair.
Which documents are required for verification?
The required documents may vary by country, but typically include a passport or national ID card. Please note that the ID document must belong to you. Also, expired documents are not acceptable.
How long does the whole exchange transaction take?
Typically, transactions are completed within 5–30 minutes after payment confirmation and successful identity verification, provided that blockchain network load is average. If you have not received your crypto within 1.5 hours after confirming your purchase, we recommend contacting our support team and providing your transaction ID.
