Siga os passos abaixo para instalar o ’flash-swfobject’:

Faça o upload do arquivo ’flash-swfobject.php’ para a pasta ’/wp-content/plugins/’.
Ative o plugin através do menu ’Plugins’ do WordPress.
Use [embeded: src=”http://dominio.com.br/main.swf” FlashVars=”vars:’teste’” Attributes=”id:’teste’” width=”100″ height=”100″] para ’embedar’ seu flash.
