1) Start out with this base> Duplicate > set to screen 100%

2)Duplicate base again > Drag to top > set to soft light 100%



3)Create new layer>Fill with a tan color>Set to burn 30%





4)Create new layer>Fill with dark blue> set to exclusion 100%





5)Create new layer (or copy and paste this gradient)>Fill with this preset PSP9 gradient>set to soft light 100%





6)Go to the bottom>Duplicate base again>drag to the top>set to soft light 100%



And you are done!
