I USED PSP 8 FOR THIS.<br /><br />1. Crop and resize your base to 100x100<br />2. Sharpen once<br />3. Duplicate base, set to screen @ 100%<br />4. New top layer: <a href='https://www.livejournal.com/rsearch/?tags=%230B3B57'>#0B3B57</a> (dark blue), set to exclusion @ 100%<br />5. Duplicate base twice, drag both to top, set both to screen @ 100%<br />6. New top layer: <a href='https://www.livejournal.com/rsearch/?tags=%23F4E2BE'>#F4E2BE</a> (light brown/tan), set to multiply @ 100%<br />7.
