McNaughton complaining about philosophy

I enjoyed this short article, which laments the lack of relevance of Anglophone philosophy, because I feel more or less exactly the same as McNaughton does. But I'm very wary to actually feel anything at all, because I'm so conscious that I'm stupid and a novice. It's nice to know that my views aren't entirely adolescent. I was especially surprised by the list of philosophers of ethics who don't have PhDs.
