The second of Joaquin Rodrigo's 'Tres Piezas Espanolas' (there're lots of accents and such in those five words, but neither I nor my keyboard are Spanish, so they remain invisible). It's the passacaglia, and it's preceded by the fandango (which is a hell of a piece) and followed by the zapateado.
