GUESS what?
I keep meaning & forgetting to tell someone this.
According to... I can't remember, some sort of banking survey carried out this year, the majority of Englanders agree that the most valuable additions to their currency would be a 25 pence piece & a 5 pound coin. That's fair enough. Sounds pretty sensible, practical, you know.
BUT!
When asked what they would like to replace the profile of the queen on their coins, if such a thing were to happen in the future, the same vast majority also replied: "A joint portrait of Wallace & Gromit".
Ah, the British. Bless.
