Merry Christmas everyone!
Bwah... we actually had a white christmas this year. Yes! Two years in a row! Awesome.
I'm FINALLY getting to see some of my centerville chicas that I haven't seen in GOD knows how long.... ^^ Leia dropped by for a bit on Monday, I saw Deb for about a minute yesterday at Kroger's, and Amy stopped by yesterday. Yay! Mah wimmin! Heh heh.
Have had an excellent christmas so far, but unfortunately, I have to do shitloads of cleaning in my room.... -_- I think what will probably end up happening is I will get disgusted and throw most of it out. Bah. No time for dis shiznit.
I have to go to Borders at some point and exchange a CD or two... -_- I always feel bad doing that, but at least this time at least ONE of the Cd's, I picked out, and it sucks ass. So there shall be no hard feelings on that account.
And actually you guys might be interested in knowing, that the CD is "Shinebox" by the Gourds. And THIS IS THE BAND THAT DID THE COUNTRY VERSION OF GIN AND JUICE. It's right here in my hand, track one, "Gin and Juice," and sure enough, it's our favorite countrified version of Snoop Dogg's classic. Not Phish, not O.A.R., not Oyster Head... bwah....
speaking of Borders, when I went there yesterday with my mother to do some last minute shopping, my ex-boyfriend OF COURSE is working. Because I hadn't showered yet and was all skanked out and looking NASTAH!! CRAPPY! Oh well. I no longer care. He was nice, though, came up and asked me how I was doing, didn't ignore me or anything, so that was good. Bwah.
But, the Gourds CD kinda sucks. It's really, really, REALLY bluegrass country. I mean, dood.... It's a bit too much for me. *laughs* So, I'm torn about what CD to get in exchange for it. Another Paul Oakenfold CD wouldn't be bad, but I really have my eye on Pure Moods 4. And I wanted a Tori Amos CD, but I have no idea which one to get (I didn't get one for christmas before you ask) and I'm really rather in the mood for upbeat music at the moment... unhhhhh..... *head explodes* BAH!
And I STILL need to go see the Two Towers!! AUGH!! *falls over* But now I need to run, my pretties.... later dearies!
