We’ve completely reimagined our webhooks to make your integrations smoother, more secure, and easier to manage.

What’s new in Version 2?

  • Cleaner Payloads: Data is now organized by Field IDs and positions rather than question text, making your code much more stable and predictable.

  • Security: We now support signing secrets for better security.

  • Custom Headers: Need to add extra metadata? You can now include multiple custom headers to fit your specific workflow.

  • Debugging Made Easy: No more guessing games. You can now view full request and response logs, making it simple to troubleshoot and manually retry any failed webhooks.

A quick note for our existing users: If you’re currently using our original webhooks (v1), don't worry—they will continue to work exactly as they are. However, to take advantage of these new security features and debugging tools, we highly recommend making the switch whenever you're ready.

  1. Better search and filter experience of your form submissions.

  2. If you want to consolidate multiple form submissions in single view.

Embed form in email

You can now embed forms in your email. Your users will be able to respond directly from email. Please check this guide for more info: https://help.youform.com/p/OAo3BlZ9OY-Cj-/Embed-forms-in-email

Prevent duplicate submissions

Now you can prevent duplicate submissions in your form by enabling it from your form settings. Read more here or check this form.

The available options are:

  1. Cookie based

  2. IP based

  3. Cookie and IP both

Introducing multi-page block

Now you can add multiple questions on the same page using our new multi-page block. Please read this help docs for more info. Check this form for a demo.

Updated the AI form assistant

AI Form assistant is now smarter with multi-model capability. It now decides which model to choose for the task. For example, for a complex form creation, it will use a high-reasoning model, and while for a small task it will choose the faster models.

Also, generating quizzes with logic is now supported in a better way.

Now there is a feedback button as well inside the AI chat, so if you have any feedback on the AI form assistant, let us know.

AI form assistant is now available

AI form assistant is available now. You can ask it to build a form, update a form, change designs, etc.

New options in form embed

Now you can enable the option to go full screen on mobile embed. If your users are accessing your website from mobile, then the embedded Youform will be shown in the full screen, giving a better experience.

You can also adjust the background transparency.

Norwegian language support is added.

You can now create forms in the Norwegian language as well. Just go to your form settings => language, and there you will be able to add the Norwegian language among others.

Faster logic builder

If you are using our new builder version 2, you will be presented with our new faster logic builder. This builder will be much smoother and faster to work with compared to our older logic builder but maintaining the same intuitive interface as before.
