Create OAuth account users from the dashboard with signup disabled

Currently, if signups/account creations are disabled, there is no way to create a user from the dashboard that can sign in via OAuth. Instead, users who sign in via OAuth into existing accounts should be able to do so even if account creation is disabled, as long as an existing account using their email for auth exists on the dashboard.

Better language support

Currently, Stack Auth uses Quetzal for its internationalization. Some users would like to implement other languages such as Arabic. Currently, no one is able to create PRs for a new language because of the Quetzal setup.

Installation guide for using Stack Auth with Astro.js

I’d really like to use Stack Auth for authentication instead of Clerk, but I’m new to JS, and need a guide for installing it for use with Astro.js.

Add versions to docker images and releases

Currently, docker images' tags do not match stack auth version, could you please add releasing to the github repo and then docker images artifacts. This will make life easier for people using the selfhosted instances since upgrade process will be smoother by using versions instead of Latest tag. I believe that this will also reduce the amount of issues opened since most of the issues are related to Post Upgrade errors. OG link: https://github.com/stack-auth/stack-auth/issues/965

Sign-Up Invite for Manually Created Users

When “Allow Sign-Up” is disabled, the only way to onboard new customers is by manually creating users. Right now the only available action is “Send reset password”, which is awkward for first-time users and doesn’t match the invite-only flow. Request Add a “Send Sign-Up Invite” action that sends an invitation email with a one-time setup link, letting the user create their password and activate their account—without going through a reset-password flow. This keeps onboarding clean for invite-only environments and avoids confusing first interactions.

Particularly those that send emails to the same provider; eg. user+ @gmail.com

Changing roles & Team Limits

Changing Roles Ability to change roles of an “invited user”. When we invite a user by default they are a member but having an option to change their role through dropdown later like present on clerk gives more control. Eg: Member → Admin Limit Teams Creation Right now, our users can create many teams through stack auth account portal, Giving an option for us (owners) that enforce limits over teams will helps a lot. Eg: Our free plan includes one org == stack auth one team, creating >1 team will be restricted. To the stack auth team, please work on these 2 features. They are really needed. You guys are doing an amazing job, love from a happy user :D
