Auto‑Delist (and Mark Sold) Across Marketplaces When an Item Sells
Selling on multiple marketplaces is great—until the same item sells twice. This feature would automatically remove (and optionally mark as sold) your listings everywhere as soon as you make a sale, so you don’t have to rush around closing listings manually.
What this would enable
Auto‑delist everywhere when an item sells on any connected marketplace (e.g., sell on Vinted → delist from eBay, Poshmark, etc.).
Optional: auto “mark as sold” on platforms that support a sold status.
Manual “Mark as Sold” trigger for platforms where Crosslist can’t reliably detect a sale (e.g., Facebook Marketplace cash pickup): when you check Item Sold in Crosslist, it automatically delists everywhere else.
Quantity sync for multi‑quantity inventory: if you sell 1 of 10, reduce available quantity by 1 across other marketplaces (and delist when quantity hits 0).
Handle duplicate listings for the same item (e.g., same SKU listed in multiple places/accounts like Posh CA + Posh COM): selling one should end the related listings tied to that SKU.
Support more sales channels where possible (including scenarios like Whatnot auctions and Shopify): sell during an auction → remove it from your site/other channels to avoid double sales.
Why it matters
Prevents accidental double‑sales and cancellations
Saves a huge amount of time compared to manual delisting
Adds peace of mind—no more rushing to delist the moment something sells
A must‑have for many sellers considering switching from other crosslisting tools
