You can now restrict AI web searches to specific trusted domains, such as court or government websites. Even better, your allowed-site preferences are now saved to your firm user account, so they follow you across devices and browsers.

Meet Drafts — your new in-case workspace for notes, strategy, memos, and AI-generated work.

Drafts live in a dedicated Drafts tab and can be created manually or generated by the AI Assistant. When linked to Case Instructions, the AI can read and build on your drafts across conversations—giving it persistent, case-specific memory.

Casefleet just got a whole lot smarter! Our new Proposed Facts feature helps you spin up a clean, organized chronology in minutes.

Start by having the AI Assistant review any document. It will surface potential claims, spot missing issues, and highlight what matters most. You decide what to accept, so your case stays fully in your control.

From there, the assistant can dig into your documents to propose facts—each one backed by a real citation it found in your files. Approve the ones you want, and watch your chronology begin to take shape with dates, issues, and citations all connected seamlessly.

Casefleet’s AI just got smarter! We've rolled out Extended Thinking, which lets the model take a bit more time to dive deeper into complex analytical tasks, multi-step reasoning problems, and tasks requiring careful consideration. When enabled, the AI takes additional time to process complex prompts and generate more detailed, structured responses. It offers a more thorough output without changing your existing workflow.

Your Case Home tabs now feature AI action cards that launch tasks with pre-configured prompts. Click a card like "Summarize documents" or "Search facts" to jump straight into AI Assistant chat with your prompt ready to go. These shortcuts eliminate repetitive prompt writing and help you leverage AI features more efficiently.

You can now select which AI model to use in the AI Assistant chat. Choose between three options optimized for different use cases and credit consumption:

• Fast and low-cost: 2-10 credits per 1K tokens—ideal for quick, straightforward tasks
• Balanced: 6-30 credits per 1K tokens—our recommended option for most everyday work
• Premium intelligence: 30-150 credits per 1K tokens—best for complex analysis requiring maximum accuracy

This setting gives you more control over your AI credit spending and performance. Start with Balanced for routine work, use Fast and low-cost to conserve credits on simple tasks, or switch to Premium intelligence when you need the most powerful analysis.

We've simplified how you control AI feature access across your team, providing you more control over who can use AI features in your Casefleet workspace.

The "Can use AI features" permission setting now manages access to both Document Intelligence and the AI Assistant in one place. Previously, this permission only controlled Document Intelligence access. Now it governs all AI functionality, making it easier to manage your team's AI capabilities from a single setting:

• Admins: No action needed—this permission remains enabled by default for you

• Other users: Admins can now grant AI access to any permission level, including guests
