Once you are enrolled as a member, this card will be mailed to you, pre-activated and ready to use immediately. This free pharmacy coverage plan can help you and your loved ones afford the prescription medications you need to stay healthy. There are no fees to use or keep this card. No one can be denied participation in the program due to medical history.
