A Song of Ice & Fire - Robb Stark/Jeyne Westerling - It's Just Dreams We're Stealing

Yep. I'm in the US for like 2 more days and this is what I choose to do with my time. (Also, this means my laptop has been fixed! SHE'S BACK IN THE WORLD OF THE LIVING. *__*

Medium: Books/Television
Fandom: A Song of Ice & Fire/Game of Thrones
Subject: Jeyne Westerling/Robb Stark (modern AU)
Title: It's Just Dreams We're Stealing
Warnings: AU, spoilers for A Song of Ice and Fire in general, a weird obsession with finding happy songs for a Stark child (which should be impossible imo)
Summary: Um, I love I have a LOT of headcanon for this. It's a modern day AU, wherein Robb Stark is the son of the late senator Ned Stark and is all set to follow in his father's footsteps. He went to Yale, he loves his country, etc etc. He's even engaged to the daughter of something Frey, who has a ridiculous amount of money. He's in position to start campaigning against the rich and powerful and kind of crazy Cersei Lannister (because in my head canon she wears a dress AND the armor *_* ) except then he meets Jeyne Westerling, a young political activist who is adorable and quirky and has a really good heart. He falls for her and wants to marry her even if it means putting his entire future in danger. You can kind of see how the music follows the story; in the beginning they're struggling to fill the role they've been assigned, and then they meet and things fall into place. Then Robb starts feeling the pressure to be who he's expected to be, but in the end all is as it should be.

I LOVE Richard Madden & I'm pretty sure that Oona Chaplin is going to be perfect as Jeyne, but I changed the casting around a bit for my own purposes. Here we have Hugh Dancy as Robb and Nina Dobrev as Jeyne.

40 Dogs (Like Romeo & Juliet), Bob Schneider. Well you're the color of a burning book, you're the color of a sideways look from an undercover cop in a comic book; you're the color of a storm in June.
