As Peter Jackson sits around
For Oscar night in Tinseltown,
The cycle's done, the ring is wrung;
The last of Tolkein has been sung.
But Viggo's here- and what a hunk!
With eyes to make a maiden drunk.
Writing, painting, multi-tasking,
And just in case his fans are asking,
We won't have to sit and parch;
Hidalgo's coming out in March.
Yep. I just went to see ROTK for the fourth time with Jasy. We saw Merry there, which was really cool, and then we got inside and Carrie was there. Man, she's just as insane as I am. And just as in love with David Wenham (Faramir), and that's... like... extraspecialcool. Because David Wenham is... extraspecialcool.
Sushi before that with Jasy as well, and that was... an interesting experience.

Jas: Nah.
Me: I mean, we're going to the movies, that wouldn't be good.
::Pause::
::Waiter walks away::
Me: But... it would be kind of funny. We could, like, bring a little table and set it up right in front of the screen. A whole dinner and everything.
Jas: I can just see me sitting there, and I get a little woozy from dinner and pick up a piece of sushi and offer it to Aragorn. "Want some?" And then I start smearing it all over the screen.
Me: *laughs hysterically* And I'll say (in a baby voice), "Come on, widdle Aragorn. You know you want it! Just look at Gollum! HE eats raw fish, too. Don't YOU want to be just like Gollum? You know you dooooooooooo!"
Thank GOD I get to stop being a gym bunny. God, a week with my dad really is a nightmare, you know? Like... I love him, but he bugs me. My dad's creepy that way. Okay, not a nightmare, but he's such an EXERCISE FREAK! I don't want to go to the gym! I never want to go to the gym in my life! Yet I went Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. The only reason I didn't go Thursday is because... well, it was CHRISTMAS and everything was closed. The only reason I didn't go Friday was because that's when we actually celebrated Christmas, so we were being all family-like, and such.
And today I was being a really really good friend, and I went to get Gravi manga for Ani, but neither Barnes&Noble nor the comic book store had volume I. It made me sad. They didn't have FAKE 2 either! I think I may have cried.
The only verse I know of the Merry/Pippin drinking song:
Well you can drink your fancy ales,
You can drink 'em by the flagon (or something),
But the only brew for the brave and true...

And the most randomness of all: Have any of you ever questioned your sexuality? Or are you pretty much set on... whatever it may be that you're set on? I only ask because it's been coming up around me a lot (and no, not with anyone that reads this ;D). Just... you know, wondering. Feel free to completely ignore me.
