Damned if i do, damned if i dont.

I'm constantly turning off the light in the hall. The hall has no windows, is always dark. But no one does anything in the hall but walk down it. There's no NEED for the lights to be on.

But I'm constantly turning ON lights in the kitchen or bedroom. Its freeking dark. I cant see -anything-. I feel like I live in a cave.
