I just realized how i miss reading mind-blowing, life altering books for the first time. That feeling you get when you read, say, Shogun for the first time. Or Jane Eyre. Or King of the Wind. Or Of Mice and Men... Or -- asimov, wells, adams, hurbert, heinlien, geeze. i can go on.

It was a tough call, but I think The Rolling Stones by Heinlien was the first book i read that just TOTALLY blew my mind and opened up a whole new life for me.
