I've been working on the trotter line of my family, having beat myself silly over the sloan line and not getting anywhere.
I fully expected it to disapear into 'indian territory' and be lost. But - no!
Surprisingly, only a couple of generations back, it jumps the puddle and lands me in ireland/scotland. I was delighted when i found one girl born in a castle with her name. chuffed!
Continuing that line, I found two names I was VERY surprised to see.
Henry Stewart and Margaret Tudor.
After that, it just got totally nuts. I couldn't follow all the links.
I didn't even put in the brothers/sister, just direct blood lines.
I'm blood relation to Henry IV.
Go me.
