To those who were concerned, the internet and the laptop (and the xbox) are alive and well....Oh thank god.
My mum fixed it in a couple of hours. Needless to say she was less than happy. And needless to say, she used me as her slave for the evening.....I can't say I'd blame her, but I'm very happy that nothing's died *sighs*.
I never thought that I'd be so stoked to have a return to civilisation, but *shrugs*, there you go.
