Writer's Block: Father figure
What's the most memorable piece of advice your father has shared with you?
Life is too short to ever be doing things you really don't like to do....This from a man who stayed in a job he couldn't stand for way too long...
So, flist, I'm (FINALLY!!) back online.
I have one last exam to go on the 22nd (poetry, focussing on Whitman, Eliot and Dickinson) and then I'm free until I go back to uni on July 27th...So much time, so few interesting things to do.
I'm going to go and catch up on all of your lives and make sure I haven't missed much.
