One idiot's opinion RE: Gay Marriage in Australia.
Is gay marriage akin to a marriage between a paedophile and his victim? Or the same as being in love with one's pets? I say no. This idiot says otherwise. I especially love "...but marriage between people of the same sex giving them equal status with heterosexual couples, in my view, goes way beyond the pale."
I know I shouldn't be annoyed by people like him and I know that we're so close to cracking this nut, to having gay marriage be an actuality in Australia (or NSW at least), but I am. I think I'll always be annoyed by people like this, but I don't think it's unreasonable...Having one's rights (or potential rights) threatened by people like him is worth getting a bit riled up about.
