Your mother.

Spent Saturday alone, but not lonely, it was pretty good. Quiet.

Went to Newtown, which is funny, because one would think that I'd be sick of being there, what with working there and all, lol. First off, I grabbed fome lunch from Guzman y Gomez (Mexican!!) and trundled off to the cemetary to eat. Lol, I'm not a tragic little gawth kid, I just dig the cemetary. It's quiet. After I cleaned up my hands - quesedillas can be messy -  I smoked up a joint. Woot. I sat for a bit and then, not without some struggle, I rose to my feet and wandered around, taking photos.

I'll post some up later. I'd do it now, but the 'net in my room is down *sad face*.

Anyways, it was good.

I also bought stuff. Again. I got the Sweeney Todd soundtrack *squee*. I bought the second book in the Conversations With God trilogy. Thus far, not bad. Oh...And I bought a scarf (which is not something I would usually do...And not this scarf, either) and I bought a beaded, Tibet-esque bracelet thingy which I quite like. And I found a leather, plaited band in the cemetary, too, which I am currently wearing.

Yesterday we had our first game of the season proper. It was horrible. The team we played were the winners of last year's division one. Needless to say that we got absolutely slaughtered (their first goal was scored in the first 15-20 seconds of the first half). Anyways, at one point in the second half a penalty in our favour took place. Our Captain said, "does anyone else want to take the kick?", I told her I'd do it, and why not, considering our current score. Anyways, internal dialogue, "use your left foot, the keeper's right handed. No, don't be too fancy - you'll make an arse of yourself", and on it went.

Long story short? I kicked the ball. It went up, curved slightly, and sank into the top left corner of the goal.

Spent forever and a half tonight uploading my new CDs onto iTunes. I hate this computer. The one in my room (the laptop) is quicker, but iTunes is on the desktop in the study. This computer is a billion (five?) years old. Slow. Dying. Anyhow, lol, segue over. Put on four new albums and purged my iPod to change the music I have on there.

Ick. I'm....Not really bored.

Have to take better care and control this week. Last week involved....Two or three take-away meals. Not good. This week, I've decided that if I'm going to go down the Guzman y Gomez road again (which, let's face it, I probably will), I'm going to investigate the veggie burrito. Much better for one than cheesey (yummy!!!!!) quesedillas. I also have to cut waaaaaay back on my soft drink (i.e. Coke) intake....We all know what happens with that much sugar in your system. Although a tiny part of my likes to try to rationalise it all away with, "well, the caffeine is a stimulant, so that'll help burn up all the sugar".

Hm. Probably not.

Anyways, I've really not got too much more to add to this.

Ooh, besides this one last thing. One night last week, in my green haze, I came up with something. Highku. It's like Haiku (in fact, exactly the same), but it's blurred by your current state of mind. My example??:

Your mother is insane, right?
Always on your back.
Maybe you should have her killed.

Meh. It made me laugh.

P.S. I am made of win.
