Yep. More rain.
I guess I don't mind the fact that it's raining. I'm just bugged about the fact that it'll probably be raining on Thursday when we have our first pre-season training session. Good-o. I know it's early, lol, way early, but we've moved up a division and kind of need to be at least a little more fit just so we can hold our own...Never mind winning any games.
Anyhow, I suppose it doesn't matter too much if it is raining, because, hey, I've got my premiers jacket! I've tried it on once or twice and it's pretty snuggly. And it has an inside pocket. But the outside pockets are a little too high up and the jacket itself is a little long. I've always thought the older designs were nicer. *shakes head* Doesn't matter, lol.
OK, the whole reason I thought to post here was because I took (and my brother commandeered my camera and took) some lame photos. One features the near fatal injury I sustained last night whilst moving my cat...Who was nearly turned into a cat hat as a result.
See there? That scratch? You can see it better if you squint a little. Anyhow, that's it. I could have died. The ring you can sort of see beneath it is my LOTR ring. Yeah, the one ring, lol, because I'm lame. I actually wear two rings on that finger, but it's unimportant.
There's the tattoo on the back of my leg. It's the motto of the Czech Republic and it translates to "Truth Prevails". See, a life motto and genealogical importance. Heh, I took that pic myself and it was rather difficult.
A few entries ago I mentioned the short-lived but rather fierce storm that struck the area where I live. Those little white things are hailstones. I was standing inside for protection...Away from the hail. Lol, pardon my amusement, but hail is really not something you see too much of in Australia, let alone the south western suburbs of New South Wales.
There's me being unimpressed with my brother taking a picture of me. Rather unimpressed. There was another one I opted not to post because one of my eyebrows was hiked up so high it was barely on my face any more. It looked more stupid than this does.
Last but not least, me being pensive. Cool, huh? Lol, the glasses make me look smart...I don't usually look like this when I'm thinking. I think. Hmm...Anyway.
There are other things I could take lame pictures of, but what could possibly be more lame than me? Yes, it seems vain to be taking pictures of myself, but to be truthful, I'm not quite over the big hurrah of having a didtal camera I can use. Maybe I'll post pics of things that aren't me at a later date...I have pets and family members, you know.
