This scene in Dead Poet Society has renewed my faith in human originality and the human spirit. Even though Robert Sean Leonard's character Neil is my favourite in the movie, I feel that this is one of the most meaningful moments in the movie.

If I were an English teacher (and that's not too far down on my career list) the unorthodox teaching method used by Robin Williams' character Mr. Keating is similar one I would use. I can't think of a better way to be inspired in a classroom setting than to be forced to think and feel by your teacher.
