Just a thought...
OK, so sitting and thinking, I remembered the 20 to 1 show that was on tonight. It was Shocks and Shockers....Naomi Campbell, the Hoff etc etc, but they threw in a few serious ones.
One such serious "shock" was the Jon-Benet Ramsay murder. My mother and I spoke about it and all that and she asked what I thought of the whole thing (this conversation felt a little weird to have with a parental).....Anyhow.....I don't want this to come across wrong, because the way it sounds isn't the way I mean it.
Basically what I thought (and still think about it) was that if you dress a little girl up like that. If you sexualise her, people are going to think of her as a little woman rather than a child, and these sort of attractions are bound to form.
Now, in no way at all am I suggesting that she deserved it or she wanted it or anything like that....Because although I love kids, I'd never touch one like that. Ever.
Anyhow, I hope it all came across alright. I had to explain it pretty clearly (and emphasise in all the right places) for my mother to get what I meant...And not what she thought I meant.
Oh yeah...And I think her brother did it.
