Deny it. I dare you.

"Pop has eaten itself, harvested its own organs and sold them to survive. Today, it is functioning on one kidney and one lung, no heart and no soul."

Take that, Pop music. The Good Weekend strikes again.

Not that one could say Pop music was entirely "wholesome" to begin with. To me, it never had heart or soul. How can something convey feeling if it is entirely manufactured, like so much Pop music is today.

I would have to say that I could sit and listen to album after album of thrash metal safe in my knowledge that at least it's real and felt. At least it's not made by some mogul in his apartment on his computer. The only poor thing about the Metal genre is that it can sometimes cause one's eardrums to burst. I prefer this over the sickening, stomach churning that I get when I hear a bubblegummy Pop group.

Anyhow, Ladies and Gents, that's my two cents.
