Soren lawl Ikez t3h gh3y. In the base conversation you get at the beginning of Chapter 4-F-5 (the last part of Part 4, Final Chapter), it's revealed. You must have Ike/Soren A support in PoR and Ike/Soren A support in GoD to get it. I managed to find the script for in thanks to the wondrous Pegasusknight.com and its FE10 Wiki. In it, Soren talks about how grateful he is that Ike found him, and then he starts getting all teary-eyed. Ike says "Soren, don't cry" and edges closer to him (as if holding him) and Soren starts wailing.
